By using CheckPt, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.

CheckPt provides mobile approval services for AI agents and development workflows. The service includes:

• Mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Relay infrastructure (hosted or self-hosted)
• Transport-encrypted communication (TLS)

You agree to use CheckPt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Attempting to breach security measures
• Interfering with service operation
• Automated abuse or excessive API usage

You must be at least 16 years old to create a CheckPt account. Where the law of your country sets a lower age of consent for online services, you must be at least 13 and have permission from a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below it, we will close the account and delete its data.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activities under your account
• Keeping contact information current
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Fair use policies apply to unlimited features.

CheckPt is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

CheckPt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lockdown Media Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
